Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead our ecommerce strategy and operations in the BENELUX region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing regional ecommerce plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your market understanding to tailor LOOKFANTASTIC Global ecommerce strategies for the BENELUX region and drive independent local initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to inform budgets and develop annual, quarterly, and monthly ecommerce targets for metrics such as traffic, orders, sales, CVR, AOV, new customers, and retention rate.
  3. Set standards and guidelines for customer experience on our Dutch locale and empower ecommerce executives to deliver these.
  4. Own the Trade Calendar creation process from concept to execution, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged, and creative and copy are aligned.
  5. Demonstrate accountability for planning, executing, and reviewing site, app, and channel plans.
  6. Provide critical analysis on sales and profitability tracking and performance, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks with relevant stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with Global and Local teams to ensure correct processes for delivering business objectives, including buying, marketing, merchandising, finance, subscriptions, data, campaigns, operations, and customer service.
  8. Work with buying and merchandising to form and translate brand, category, and pricing strategies, ensuring effective management of global stock holding to improve availability and reduce aged stock value.
  9. Partner with central and channel marketing to contribute to localized marketing and trading strategies.
  10. Lead and develop a small ecommerce trading team.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dutch Beauty market.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Several years of experience in ecommerce trading roles.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Experience creating ecommerce trading calendars.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting (e.g., revenue, gross profit).
  • Experience collaborating with marketing to set channel-level budgets and forecasts.
  • Appropriate competency with relevant tools and software or equivalents (e.g., Excel Suite, Google Analytics, Tableau, Content Square).
  • Desirable: SQL proficiency.
