Job DescriptionThe Mental Health Support Worker will be responsible for providing support and care to service users within our forensic secure mental health hospital. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a flexible and motivated individual who can work well under pressure.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for service users. You will be expected to develop positive relationships with service users, engage them in activities, and provide emotional support when needed.
Requirements- Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within secure mental health settings or challenging behaviors
- Practical PMVA training and Basic Life Support certification (dated within 12 months)
- Mandatory training dates within 12 months
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above
- £250 Referral Bonus paid after completion of 150 hours for newly registered candidates referred over
- £150 Job Referral bonus - receive £150 for bringing your own position to us or switching from another agency
- FREE Registration Process including Enhanced DBS Check, Occupational Health Appointments, Mandatory and Practical Training, Uniform
