About Our TeamSouthdowns Work & Wellbeing Service in West Sussex supports individuals accessing mental health services to find employment.
Job Description:We assist clients in achieving their employment goals by providing individualised support and connecting them with local employers.
Responsibilities:- Client management: We supervise a caseload of clients receiving structured treatment for various mental health issues, aiming to secure sustainable employment aligned with their preferences.
- Individual Placement and Support (IPS) delivery: We offer tailored guidance to clients and foster strong relationships with local employers to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
- Team collaboration: We work alongside the Secondary Mental Health Care team to promote an integrated and holistic approach to recovery through employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to diverse client needs.
