Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist

At Turning Point, we're passionate about transforming lives through our innovative approach to health and social care. As a Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to regain control of their lives.
We're seeking a dedicated and skilled professional who can provide high-quality support to our service users. In this rewarding role, you'll work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized support plans, empowering individuals to manage their mental health and achieve their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their individualized plans
- Working closely with the service user's circle of support to identify and address their unique needs
- Assisting with medication management and daily record keeping
- Supporting the induction of new staff members
- Flexibly working on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive 33 days' paid holiday, increasing with each year of service, as well as opportunities to boost your career with our total reward package.
