Senior Forensic Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert psychological services to offenders, including risk assessments, interventions, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex risk assessments and develop strategies to reduce harm and re-offending
- Provide expert advice to multi-functional teams on offender reports and risk management
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and offenders
- Conduct research and gather data to inform policy and practice
- Act as a professional witness in parole board hearings and other formal settings
Requirements:
- Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council
- Experience in providing clinical supervision and training
- Completed relevant training in effective models of treatment and best practice
- Chartered Psychologist and Full member of the appropriate division of the BPS (if required)
Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will be based at HMP Berwyn and will be required to travel around the region to work with offenders and staff. The role is non-operational and non-rotational.
