**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our team at Legal Southwest. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with experience in updating policies and procedures, managing diversity and equality values, and conducting risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Administration:

  • Ensuring all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager in maintaining the Office Manual specific to Human Resources.

Talent Development:

  • Assessing the need for training, implementing training programs, and supporting employee development.
  • Monitoring employee performance, such as attendance, probations, sickness, and holidays.

Recruitment and Retention:

  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, marketing, the onboarding process, probation, and retention.
  • Using a variety of software including the case management system and the Office 365 suite to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, and accounts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum $55,500 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
