Transform the future of Royal Navy training by joining our team as a Career Coach and Support Specialist.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to provide informative and supportive advice and guidance to recruits on their service careers, resettlement, and administrative tasks.
- Proactively raise awareness of Resettlement amongst Service Leavers to ensure they are aware of the available support.
- Provide through-life Learning and Development advice, guidance, information, and support to Service Personnel.
- Ensure key administrative and organisational tasks are completed with information being shared with Royal Marine/Navy colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits- $£ 50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave.
