We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Apprenticeships and Adult Learning team at Richard Huish College.

The successful candidate will have experience in administration, including managing priorities, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. They will also possess a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the College meets its quality standards.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with Programme Leads, Assessors, Apprentices, and employers to build strong relationships and support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships and adult education programmes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience in administration, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

  1. Support Programme Leads to comply with national funding regulations and quality requirements
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  4. Manage own priorities and workload

Salary: £14,342-£14,600 per annum (pro-rata)
