Job Title: Crisis Intervention Specialist

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Crisis Intervention Specialist.

This role involves working with adults who are experiencing a crisis due to alcohol or other drug use, providing them with individualized support and encouragement to achieve their personal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing crisis intervention services to adults in need
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide integrated health and social care services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users

Requirements:

  • Basic training in crisis intervention and mental health support
  • Ability to work flexibly, covering periods of leave, sickness absence, or peak activity
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.16, paid on a monthly basis
