About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Alcumus. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and customer-focused support to clients, offering competent HR advice and identifying escalation points as needed.
  • Offer digital HR advice and support, including maintaining and updating legally compliant HR documentation and providing general HR advice via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Provide legally compliant, pragmatic, and commercial employment options through regular communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update online systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice provided.
  • Upsell additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries, and HR packages to our existing client base.
  • Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager, aligned with client portfolio expectations.
  • Collaborate with Alcumus teams to develop, grow, and maintain relationships, driving a consistent approach to customers.
  • Work with the HR Technical Team Manager and wider business to identify and work towards opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisory position, with a sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and employee relations.
  • Ability to think and operate in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first-class service and managing stakeholder relations.
  • Experience in customer services via phone call and email support is desirable.
