Job Overview

We are seeking a Municipal Contract Delivery Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of municipal contracts, including collection and street cleansing, in line with defined contract KPIs and specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising the wellbeing of our people and service to our customers and communities, and ensuring compliance against Veolia Minimum Requirements standards.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus bonus, company car or cash allowance, private medical cover, and pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and members of the public.
  • Prioritise the wellbeing of our people and service to our customers and communities.
  • Ensure compliance against Veolia Minimum Requirements standards, supporting assurance checks and improvement planning to enhance contract performance and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous waste management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Multifaceted stakeholder relationship management experience, including clients, contractors, and members of the public.
