Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet collection and delivery expectations in an effective and efficient manner
  • Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of changes
  • Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service
  • Support customs clearance and stand kit changeovers
  • Collate information for KPIs and report to line manager
  • Liaise with P&O Ferrymasters employees to maximise efficiencies
  • Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused operational role, with excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and IT skills.
