Key Responsibilities:- Meet collection and delivery expectations in an effective and efficient manner
- Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of changes
- Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service
- Support customs clearance and stand kit changeovers
- Collate information for KPIs and report to line manager
- Liaise with P&O Ferrymasters employees to maximise efficiencies
