About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Ecological Transformation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our ecological transformation ambition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to deliver municipal contracts, including collection and street cleansing, in line with defined contract KPIs and specifications.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus bonus, company car or cash allowance, private medical cover, and pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver municipal contracts, including collection and street cleansing, in line with defined contract KPIs and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and members of the public.
  • Utilise data to improve operational performance, set and present budgets, and manage monthly financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous waste management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Multifaceted stakeholder relationship management experience, including clients, contractors, and members of the public.
