Job Title: Strategic Business Development Leader

We are delighted to be partnering with Totum Partners, a leading law firm, in this exciting new role. This position reports directly to the Head of Business Development and is tasked with expanding capacity and ensuring the team's continued growth.

Role Overview:
This Senior Business Development Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing and business development plans to enhance brand awareness and target market development. Key responsibilities include identifying and managing growth opportunities within specified sectors and departments, leading the production of pitches and tenders, and collaborating with the wider marketing team on campaigns and legal directories submissions.

Salary: Competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with flexible working and bonus opportunities available. This role is based in Bristol or London, offering a hybrid work environment with flexible office presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify and manage key accounts and relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure their professional development and success.
