We are recruiting for an Automotive Administrator at our Staffline Branches in the UK. The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000.

Job Overview

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the automotive team. Key responsibilities include:

  • • Managing vehicle records and documentation
  • • Coordinating vehicle movements and deliveries
  • • Maintaining accurate records and reports

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • • Managing and maintaining accurate records of vehicles, including registration details, maintenance schedules, and delivery information
  • • Coordinating the movement and delivery of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation
  • • Preparing and maintaining reports and documents related to vehicle activity, including mileage logs and service records

A strong understanding of vehicle operations and administrative procedures is essential for success in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Experience working in a similar administrative role or within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
