Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist - No Exp Required - OX14
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at our Centre in Oxford. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming impression of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager and staff as required.
- Respond to all incoming telephone calls and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.
- Receive all visitors to the centre and ensure that their requirements are met.
- Maintain a safe and secure Centre environment and comply with all necessary policies.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post as delegated by the Centre Manager.
- Assist with the booking arrangements for workshops, classrooms and meeting rooms.
- Assist with the collation and updating of the Centre diaries.
- Assist with the administration of the centre stationery and stock.
- Open up and close the Centre from time to time as delegated.
- Process invoices on Sage - training will be given on Sage.
Requirements:
- A DBS disclosure will be required.
Benefits:
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Pension: you can choose to contribute 4% or 5%
