Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed blocks in Central and South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties, including budgets, insurance, repairs, and major works
  • Undertaking regular inspections and reporting to clients
  • Providing quality-led, accountable, and communicative service to clients
  • Working closely with the Block Management team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Assisting with the development of new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of direct and committed Property Management experience
  • Professional qualifications beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work from home 2-3 days per week if desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
