Croydon Council is seeking a skilled Sourcing Support Assistant to join our procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of effective sourcing processes for sub-threshold procurements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing sub-threshold procurements and ensuring compliance with purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance to client services on sourcing sub-threshold procurements.
  • Maintain reports and lists of existing suppliers on Oracle Fusion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure signed contracts are lodged in the contract repository and contract award notices are published on Contracts Finder.
  • Apply knowledge of contract law and public procurement legislation to provide expert advice on sub-threshold procurements.
