We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sourcing Support Assistant to join our Strategic Procurement and Governance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of an effective sourcing process for sub-threshold procurements and ensuring compliance across the strategic procurement process.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports/lists of existing suppliers on Oracle Fusion (or equivalent) by spend category to support the sub-threshold sourcing process.
- Ensure that signed contracts are lodged in the contract repository and that the contract award notice is published on Contracts Finder.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Procurement Specialist to provide advice to Client Services on the sourcing of sub-threshold procurements.
- Utilize knowledge of contract law and public procurement legislation to provide guidance on sub-threshold procurements, with input from colleagues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to promote effective procurement, purchasing & supply.
