Job Details

  • Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 per annum
  • A competitive salary in line with industry standards, taking into account the company's financial situation and market rates.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  2. Lead and manage the CRM team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the development and management of CRM systems, ensuring they are efficient, effective and compliant with legislation.
  4. Establish clear CRM reporting systems to track key performance indicators and drive decision making.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure CRM strategies align with overall organisational goals and objectives.
  6. Analyse CRM data to provide insight and drive business growth.
  7. Stay abreast of developments in CRM and leverage these for the benefit of the organisation.
  8. Ensure all CRM activities comply with legislation and best practices, maintaining high standards of data protection and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of CRM should have:

  1. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering successful CRM projects.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
  3. Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  4. A commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection and compliance, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
