Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide awake overnight support to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Participate in activities and bedtime routines that promote person-centered care.
  • Use a computer to maintain accurate records and report any incidents or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with out-of-hours services and respond to phone calls and messages professionally.
Requirements:
  • Experience in childcare or a related field, with a focus on safeguarding children.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
