Payroll Specialist for EMEA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and a strong understanding of local regulations.

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries
  • Maintaining payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other relevant data
  • Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing best practices in payroll management and ensuring continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes
  • Staying up-to-date with payroll trends, legislation changes, and system updates to ensure the company remains compliant and efficient
