About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sizewell C project team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Mace's value of safety first and lead exceptional safety standards.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of wellbeing.
  • Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas.
  • Implement appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, process, information, and technology.
  • Promote and influence quality and service excellence in all conversations and programme interactions.
  • Responsible for project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable.
  • Support the operations director and other senior stakeholders to influence long-term development of strategy.

Requirements

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of major civil works/infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
