Rural Land Management Associate Director

The Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Ipswich is seeking a skilled Associate Director to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a key member of the team and contribute to the management of Rural Estates and the provision of professional rural advice.
The successful candidate will have a blend of Estate Management, professional work, and farm consultancy experience, with the ability to work within a team. Key responsibilities will include acting as principal agent for key estate management clients, undertaking estate and farming business reviews, handling diversification projects, and ensuring compliance with Property management legislation.
The ideal candidate will be a competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects. They will also have team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities. Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a confident manner with clients and the team are also essential.
