About the Role

The Senior Fire and Security Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for providing fire and security maintenance services to clients, attending callouts, fault finding, and completing small work installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend site and carry out maintenance, breakdown, commissioning, fault finding, and remedial works
  • Complete all paperwork comprehensively in line with BS5839 and company policies
  • Proactively feedback on site issues to the service admin team
  • Support Small Works and Project Managers to complete installation works on time
  • Be a team player – assisting colleagues with heavy workloads to ensure the full team completes their work within the month
  • Ensure all services are completed on time and in the month due to customers' SLAs with zero backlog being carried into the next month
  • Weekly team calls with the Engineering Supervisor to provide any relevant feedback from the field and to ensure good wellbeing
  • Ensure while on-call, your phone is always switched on and you are available
  • Be commercially aware and feedback any potential business development information for follow-up by the Small Works/Sales team
  • Liaise with clients while on-site, presenting yourself as an ambassador of Clarkson
  • Attend training courses and manufacturer courses to support your role

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
