Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £32,500-£37,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Device and Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead the servicing technician team who are carrying out the testing, repairing and maintenance of all medical devices on site. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the testing, repairing and cleaning of medical device equipment, planning the allocation of resources across the team to ensure efficient throughput of devices meeting daily demand for devices and service intervals, implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend maintenance life and minimize downtime, diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues quickly and effectively, maintaining knowledge of calibration and equipment maintaining operational standards, reporting to the respective Site Manager with close communication/accountability to Technical Maintenance Manager, liaising and problem solving any issues impacting medical device equipment, safety, production plant and equipment, and associated quality and logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have previous management or leadership experience, as well as electrical/mechanical engineering experience. Formal qualification in a technical discipline in Mechanical/Electrical Engineers (i.e. and/or significant relevant work experience) is essential. Previous experience in a technical/mechanical Team Leader role is also essential. Excellent communications skill is required.
