About Quest Recruitment Ltd, we are looking to strengthen our payroll team by recruiting a confident and dedicated Payroll Officer.
The role is ideal for an individual who wants to not just process payrolls but also help develop the service delivered. You will be working with a varied client portfolio from smaller limited companies through to larger businesses with weekly/monthly payrolls.
Duties:- Manage a portfolio of clients' payrolls
- Offer advice on SMP & SSP to clients
- Process end-to-end payroll, including dealing with client queries
- Review and check all aspects of payroll processing
- Deal with HMRC PAYE/NI queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
You will have 3-4 years of industry experience in payroll management or 1-2 years of practice experience within a payroll bureau. Essential skills include good communication, IT skills, and knowledge of Office 365.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include full study support, flexible working hours, 31 holiday days, company pension, and cycle-to-work scheme.
