Job Description: Payroll and Accounting Coordinator

A leading business in Rotherham, UK is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in financial operations and contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll for 150 employees on a weekly basis and 2000+ employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also be required to process travel payments, conduct pension assessments, generate payroll costing reports, and process employee absences in line with policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing BACS and manual payments as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a similar payroll administration role, be highly organised and meticulous in handling data, and be able to work well under pressure.
