Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and Resolution: Efficiently and effectively triage, fault-find, and resolve customer issues across a range of solutions.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding issue resolutions and progress.
- Technical Support: Provide desktop support for Microsoft Windows and Office applications, as well as maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root cause of errors to determine if they are software- or hardware-related.
- Documentation: Accurately update tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in customer support, IT support, or a helpdesk role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, scripting, fault-finding, and data analysis.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with the IoT ecosystem and web services/solutions, Azure administrative experience, and knowledge of networking.
- Education: This role is also open to graduates with strong software skills.
