UK QMS Implementation Lead Job Description

AESC UK is a global leader in electric vehicle manufacturing, with a vision to drive sustainable mobility solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled UK QMS Implementation Lead to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our quality management systems.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement the company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with certified standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to create group-level processes and documentation aligned with certified standards and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer audits and third-party audits (such as certification and surveillance audits).
  • Plan internal audit schedules - system/process/product audits across multiple production sites.
  • Conduct internal system/process/product audits across various production sites.
  • Monitor NCR and OFI status, including supporting auditees with corrective action/improvement plans.
  • Supervise QMS technicians and provide training on Quality Management System principles as needed.

Key Skills:

  • HNC or equivalent in related Quality Assurance/Systems/engineering or science subject.
  • Lead Auditor certification and experience preferred – IATF16949 / VDA6.3 or other certificated/regulated standards
  • Extensive experience of Quality Management System - IATF 16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015 / VDA6.3:2023 or other certificated management systems - system implementation, development and maintenance experience
  • Experience of third-party audit / customer audit.
  • Internal systems audit – experience of planning, conducting, monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience

Benefits and Salary:
