About the Role:

  • Maintain and further develop the existing Quality Management System to guarantee its alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Corporate QMS teams to create group-level processes and documentation compliant with certified standards and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer audits and third-party audits (such as certification and surveillance audits).
  • Plan internal audit schedules - system/process/product audits across multiple production sites.
  • Conduct internal system/process/product audits across various production sites.
  • Monitor NCR and OFI status, including supporting auditees with corrective action/improvement plans.
  • SUPERVISE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TECHNICIANS.
  • Provide training on Quality Management System principles as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HNC or equivalent in related Quality Assurance/Systems/engineering or science subject.
  • Lead Auditor certification and experience preferred – IATF16949 / VDA6.3 or other certificated/regulated standards
  • Extensive experience of Quality Management System - IATF 16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015 / VDA6.3:2023 or other certificated management systems - system implementation, development and maintenance experience
  • Experience of third-party audit / customer audit.
  • Internal systems audit – experience of planning, conducting, monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive pension scheme.
