At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and experienced Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Implement effective inventory management and cash reconciliation processes
  • Design and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
