At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales and customer growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
