Assistant Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the world of fragrance and gifting.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences that educate, inspire, and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on our fragrances and gifting products to customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and brand
- Host in-store events and workshops to engage customers and promote our products
- Contribute to the creation and execution of visual merchandising displays and store layouts

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets

- Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
