Boutique Manager Assistant

At Jo Malone London, we're on a mission to inspire and delight our customers with our exquisite fragrances and luxurious scents. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights our customers.
As a highly skilled Senior Sales Advisor, you'll combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational experience. You'll work closely with your team to achieve sales and customer service targets, providing help, advice, and motivation to drive success.
In this role, you'll be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing the world of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients. You'll bring creativity to your daily work, from signature hand and arm massages to hosting wedding consultations that help bottle precious memories.
You'll also be part of a high-performing team that creates, organizes, and executes in-store events, ensuring our store always meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against the competition.

- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving and/or leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- An approachable, friendly, and 'can-do' attitude
- Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
