About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our 1st line team of experienced Technical Analysts in our fast-paced Service Desk environment. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide support to our customers, partners, and the organisation, taking ownership of any issues, finding resolutions, and keeping the customer informed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ level 2 in an ICT related field plus experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a busy IT Technical 1st Line Support environment where customers are engaged daily on a remote or face to face basis
  • Ability to provide Customer Excellence with compassion while understanding impact to and managing the expectation of our customers throughout all levels of the organisation
  • Knowledge and experience of working within a technical environment that supports hardware, software and mobile technologies
  • Experience of working individually or collaboratively, with technical and professional staff
  • Participate in the Knowledge Management process, producing documents for the Service Desk Knowledge Base
  • Practical experience of Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating platforms along with good analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex issues both verbally and in written format in a concise and easy to understand manner with staff
