About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Mastek. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our ERP software, 'Miles', at our customers' sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs.
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions that meet both functional and technical needs.
  • Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency.
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage configuration.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand customer business, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations.
  • Fluency in English, as we are an international company.
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus.
What We Offer

As a Business Consultant at Mastek, you will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic multidisciplinary unit, responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in Germany. You will be part of a team that works in an agile way, including scrum and daily stand-ups.

You will be supported by your colleagues in some of the more technical aspects, like data migration, testing, and development. You will also have the opportunity to shape, change, and improve our ERP package 'Miles'.
