Implementing ERP Solutions for Automotive Finance

Mastek is seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing our ERP software, 'Miles', at our customers' sites. This end-to-end solution encompasses front-, mid-, and back-office functions that can be customized to meet the customers' needs.

Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry. You will participate in the implementation process from A to Z, maintaining close contact with your customer and providing guidance on best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions.

As a Business Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit responsible for the full range of services towards our customers in Germany. This includes implementation projects, customer & core software enhancements, post-go-live support, and account management.

Your role will encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and implementing our system for new customers. You will configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration, working closely with a multidisciplinary project team that uses agile methodologies, including scrum and daily stand-ups.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a business consulting or analyst role, who can quickly absorb and understand the customer's business, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to business problems. Several years' experience with ERP implementations is a must, and being fluent in English is essential, as we are an international company.

Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus, and we can provide onboarding training to get you up to date with our extensive onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ERP software at customers' sites
  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions
  • Configure functional solutions and/or manage configuration
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams using agile methodologies
  • Support existing customers in their use of our software and implement our system for new customers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations
  • Fluency in English
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest (a plus)
