About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Mastek. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our ERP software at our customers' sites, providing expert guidance on best practices, process improvement, and solution finding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation process from A to Z, maintaining close contact with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration to meet customer requirements.
  • Support existing customers in their use of our software and implement our system for new customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary project team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business processes and requirements.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations, preferably in the automotive finance and leasing industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into system needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business problems.
