About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Mastek. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our ERP software at our customers' sites, providing expert advice on best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation process from A to Z, maintaining close contact with customers throughout the project.
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration to meet customers' requirements.
  • Support existing customers in their use of our software and implement our system for new customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary project team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' business processes and requirements.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations, preferably in the automotive finance or leasing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English, as well as the ability to quickly absorb and understand customers' business processes.
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus, but not required.
