About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, Miles, at our customers in the automotive finance, leasing, and mobility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions that meet both functional and technical needs.
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency.
  • Work closely with customers to implement our system and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand customer business needs and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations, preferably in the automotive finance and leasing sectors.
  • Fluency in English, as we are an international company.
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus.
