About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, 'Miles', at our customers' sites.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions that meet both functional and technical needs
  • Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency
  • Configure functional solutions and manage configuration

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand customer business, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations
  • Fluency in English
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus

As a Business Consultant at Sofico, you will be part of a multidisciplinary project team that works in an agile way, including scrum and daily stand-ups. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
