About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Mastek. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our ERP software at our customers, focusing on the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation process from A to Z, maintaining close contact with customers.
  • Act as an advisor to customers on best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions.
  • Support existing customers in their use of our software and implement our system for new customers.
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary project team in an agile environment.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand the customer's business, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Fluency in English, as we are an international company.
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus.
