About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our ERP software, Miles, at our customers' sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs
  • Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration
  • Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency
  • Work closely with customers to implement our system and provide post-go-live support
Requirements
  • Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand customer business and come up with innovative solutions
  • Several years' experience with ERP implementations
  • Fluency in English
  • Leasing or mobility knowledge/interest is a plus
