We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Excellence Lead - Cannes Lions Awards to join our team at Ascential Group Ltd in London.

Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for the Cannes Lions Awards, focusing on acquiring new business leads and retaining customers through detailed marketing planning and reporting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate and drive entries, customer engagement, and positive brand perception across our customer base. You will execute plans efficiently to deliver proven results and collaborate with multiple teams across the LIONS Brand.

This is a unique chance to create, execute, and report on various marketing initiatives throughout the year, attracting and retaining Award entries across our four key product lines: the Cannes Lions Awards, Eurobest, Spikes Asia & Dubai Lynx.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive year-round marketing plan for our Awards, influencing entry volumes and brand KPIs.
  • You will work closely with internal Awards, Judging, and Content teams to drive new business generation and customer retention across target markets, personas, and company types.
  • You will partner with the Awards customer engagement team and stay close to customers to leverage knowledge and help shape an insight-led marketing strategy and plan that addresses clear customer needs.
  • You will be responsible for reporting, setting KPIs, managing reports, and delivering impactful customer experiences.
  • You will also collaborate with the Content team to deliver Awards marketing campaigns, working closely with them on case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
