About the Job

GCS Associates is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Professional to join our team in a leading manufacturer of panel products in the Building Materials sector.

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to combine internal and external sales responsibilities, driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in timber/sheet materials/panel product knowledge or general construction sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think critically and demonstrate sound product knowledge.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus bonus and car allowance.

Estimated annual salary: £42,500 - £45,500 based on industry standards and location.
