Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the creative, design & build sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £35k + commission structure (uncapped)

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
