**Job Title:** Senior Policy Director

**Job Summary:** We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Policy Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our policy and influencing work, developing and implementing strategies to deliver our ambitions in this space.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of our policy and influencing strategy, working closely with our leadership team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall vision and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government, NHS, and the healthcare sector, ensuring we have a strong voice in shaping policy and influencing decisions that impact our community.
  • Work closely with our policy team to develop and implement effective influencing strategies, using a range of tactics to achieve our goals.
  • Provide policy, public affairs, and influencing expertise to our leadership team, advising on key external developments and our responses.
  • Ensure our policy developments are informed by the needs and priorities of our community, working closely with our Policy Panel and other stakeholders to co-produce work that reflects their views and experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in developing and implementing influencing strategies, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers in government, NHS, and the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent policy, public affairs, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Fluent with digital collaboration tools, with a positive attitude to technology and data.
