Employee Relations Manager

Our client, a leading global technology provider, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their team. This role will be on an initial fixed-term basis (12 months) and will involve managing the ER function across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Employee Relations function, including management of a small ER team.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders from across the business to provide coaching and guidance on complex ER issues.
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop the ER roadmap and drive the ER agenda across the business.
  • Manage senior/complex ER issues across EMEA and drive best practice across the business.
  • Utilize HR data and reporting to influence decisions.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of Employee Relations experience.
  • A proven background in working for global/matrixed organizations.
  • Significant EMEA based ER experience.
  • Prior team leadership experience.
  • A comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework in the UK.
