Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading financial services firm in London to find an experienced Employee Relations Specialist.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the financial services sector or a similarly complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence management, and workplace investigations.
  • Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, line managers, and senior leadership to provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
  • Track and analyze employee relations trends and case data, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to managers and employees on employee relations topics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the financial services sector or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations best practices, and experience handling complex ER cases.
